At Trinity Construction Management nothing is more important to us than our team’s safety - both on our job sites and in our warehouse. We don’t just talk about safety; we live it, we breathe it, and we talk about it every day. It’s personal to us. We look at every employee as a family member, which means we will take all necessary steps to keep you safe.

Proper training is vital to the success of any safety program. We’ll train you, we’ll cover the cost for your training, we’ll make sure you understand it, and we’ll hold you accountable each and every day. All employees have a minimum of OSHA 10 training, and all superintendents and foremen have a minimum of OSHA 30 training. In addition. all employees receive first aid and CPR training.

Each injury-free month is celebrated with a free lunch! And when the insurance company gives back a premium dividend that we’ve earned by staying injury-free, we share 100% of it with our employees, split evenly among everyone. We all play an equal part it creating a culture of safety.

We buy into the concept that all accidents are preventable. That makes us committed to achieving and sustaining a “zero accident” performance through continuous evaluation, education, and improvements.

The bottom line for us is that we want you to go home safely to your family.
